This is going well, by the way!! Been getting up and moving throughout most days, and I now have been equipped with a standing desk at work.

An early implementation of my goal to enjoy life more this year is to try moving my body every half hour at work. Just for a minute or two - some simple body weight exercises or stretches.
Sitting at a desk all drains me and I want to feel, well, NOT drained every day thank-you-very-much.
