I went to Poland in April last year, enthusiastically visiting a number of very small towns and absolutely giving off tourist vibes. Locals were bemused I specifically had their town on my list, and invariably lovely about it. Side note: I just got back from Ottawa, really enjoyed it.

My mom (74) started on a GLP-1 principally for weight loss following loss of mobility but the impact on a niche auto immune condition she's been suffering from that has been a struggle to treat has been unexpectedly wonderful.

I feel very invested in this story now, so I googled and you can get dog worms made with bone broth in Canada at least. :)

Puppy brains are fascinating. It makes me wonder what would happen if you had worms as treats, and tried to get him to drop the worm for another worm. Not recommending it, just curious about his commitment to the worm he finds over the one he's given would be :)
