Daylight savings time might have made sense when the primary energy consumed was whale oil for lighting. Now that the largest energy consumer is air conditioning, it makes no sense. Love being in Arizona and not having to do the stupid clock dance.

This is one time the details do matter. SNAP is not "out of money". Trump is unilaterally stopping SNAP for political gains. That certainly seems like reckless endangerment at a minimum.
