I'm gonna be basic AF and say the good ol' reaction table. I usually augment that by allowing certain rolls and actions (especially demonstrated loyalty and desirable outcomes) to augment the initial reaction. The one from GURPS has become my go-to because 3d6 has less outliers than 2d6.

There's probably an angle in congressionally investigating his daughter's business deals. They could also take him off commitees. Maybe when he asked that Build Back Better have a bigger budget they could have listened to him.

I don't think "the wealthy" should exist at all. We should sieze all capital and private property for the public good and dismantle capitalism entirely.

Apocalypse World isn't rules heavy or light, but it is "rules-ever-present". It is not a toolkit style of game where you can pick and choose detail depth, like GURPS, it is a game where you must follow the rules as written in order to get the experience it's providing you.
