I will say it again: If we make it through this dark period with democracy intact, it may be because the administration's incompetence was greater than its depravity.
So, uh, it certainly looks like DOJ intended to file a letter to Judge Liman in MTA v. Duffy, but….it accidentally filed a letter containing its legal advice to the Department of Transportation instead

This Administration wasn’t going to bring or enforce the Fair Housing Act, Title VII, ECOA or any other civil rights statute in any case. But ordering the review & presumably fed withdrawal of all existing DI cases and consent decrees….that’s bad.
