out of flour and brownies were at my bf's so i experimented a little with pbfit n i got this 16g protein for 155 cal per serving bread thing that i quite enjoy!

1 egg, 20g pbfit, 20g sweetener, 1g baking powder. cinnamon/vanilla extract optional. microwave for 1-2 min just be sure to watch it

imo some 10-20 denier tights are verrry fragile and unfortunately this is my favorite look!

regular tights (60 denier and higher) are a lot thicker and probably don't rip as much, dance tights (80+ denier) almost never rips

mind you i've ripped through tights by just accidentally dragging them with my nails before and there's actually overweight people be very surprised that the tights rip easily like yeah i mean... idk what they can do at this point. even sheertex isn't this durable like just be so serious idk.
