The phrase, "Thank you for your attention to this matter," has to do with the people reading it having some responsibility to do something that was requested. When Donald says it, it pretty much just means, "Thank you for paying attention to me."

So he’s saying all the tariff money we took in is gone and we won’t be able to pay it back. There was always a possibility he could lose this lawsuit and have to refund the tariff money. We didn’t prepare for that possibility? He’s running the govt like he ran his casinos.

Make them famous. And if you are photographing ICE goons, make sure to get shots of identifying marks, like tats, birthmarks, eye color, hair color/style, earrings, and any sort of dental like missing or discolored teeth, grills, etc. Get shots of the hands, especially with rings on, wristwear.
