The recipe I have been fixated on lately is fried salmon and a salad. To make it more nutrient-dense, I would add more leafy greens and nuts into the mix. I should probably try air frying my salmon or even simply baking it in the oven to reduce any unnecessary fats. #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

I was successful in my 24-hour food recall. Coming off and going into a shift, I typically consume something that can hold me down. In this case, for yesterday, it was a plain bagel and an ice black coffee. That surprised me a bit; that is all I had, and I should have a more nutritious meal. #beh353

Thank you, Dr Hoffer, for sharing this inspiring message. I believe accepting our bodies and loving who we are is essential. Working in pediatrics, I have seen the rise in Adolescent patients struggling with their body image lead to an Eating "Challenge." Your words inspire the youth!

you’re not only continuing to stigmatize fat bodies, but you’re reinforcing the importance of outward appearance.

i’m fat and beautiful, but i’m also more than either of those characteristics.
