Am I being stupid ( distinct possibility) but the 2bn a day coming from Tariffs , isn’t that being paid by American businesses when they receive goods ? Or doesn’t it work like that ? Happy to be corrected

We had Liberation Day in the village yesterday.

If Ukraines minerals are worth trillions, why doesn’t Europe step up, increasing and guaranteeing defence in exchange for minerals, expand Europe’s growth in new technologies and freeze the us out !

If anyone watched "the looming Tower" its lesson was that people not communicating together allowed 9/11 to happen. Just imagine the utter chaos that will ensue with this bunch of dorks . If there are terrorist groups thinking of attacking the US, I suspect Trump has just made life a lot easier.

I wonder when Murdoch will start to realise that once Trump has completed his coup , he won't need a Fox, no more kingmaker, he will just do state broadcasts like russia. Perhaps the penny will drop before he does! It may well be too late already.

Genuine question! With the systems in place currently in the UK What could have been done about Axel Rudacubana ? Almost impossible for schools to evict kids, if they do where do they go and how do you contain someone so dangerous ?? No mental health facilities ??
