I’ve had ovens with clocks and timer features and suchlike… but I’ve never used them. What I have done many times, is struggle to set the correct time on them… and I hate a clock that‘s telling the wrong time. So when I had my new kitchen…..

I like to allow time to stop; which occurred soon after three this morning. Eleven hours forward is just too much effort.
