As a lawyer, this gave me chills. We take an oath to support the constitution. We have codes of ethics. I take those obligations very seriously. The fact that the ABA has to issue a statement that it believes in the rule of law…!!!!!!! This is a full-blown constitutional crisis.
The ordinarily cautious and conservative ABA is blowing the whistle: The break-the-glass moment has arrived.

The MO legislature once again going against the will of the majority of voters.
The proposed amendment would ban abortion in Missouri except for medical emergencies, when a fetus has abnormalities, or in cases of rape or incest but ONLY with a police report AND subject to a 12-week limit.
