It feels weird to mourn an app, but the collective heartbreak of 170 million Americans who use TikTok has made this weekend so hard. I'm grateful for everything TikTok has given me: friends, confidence, and opportunity. I hope the ban won't be forever, but I hope to make friends here on Bluesky too.

Just got a library card from my local branch, and highly recommend you do the same if you don't have one. You can watch movies, read ebooks, do research, and use equipment that you would have to pay for anywhere else. In case you need a reminder!
