I’m absolutely gutted to learn that Kipekee has died. She was the all brown giraffe born at Brights Zoo in 2023. I’m thankful I got to see her in October of that year. Rest in Peace you beautiful creature.

I finally had a chance to start watching Ken Burns’ The American Revolution. I’m just a bit into Ep2. As always, he and his team hit one out of the ballpark. This should be mandatory watching for American History classes at all levels from middle school and up.

Last Sunday I got to see Baltimore’s own Dead Eyes. It was their album release show and they killed it! Check out Black Hole Heart on all the streaming services.

Where are the book lovers at? I am such a sucker for those Blind Date With a Book things. This was a recent purchase. TS Eliot isn’t what I would have normally chosen, but I’m actually enjoying this read. (It’s one of his stage plays.)
