His stupidity will be to Canada’s benefit economically. Eventually. Short term no, but long term definitely. Countries are already asking for payment in euros or CAD. They don’t even want our money. You can offer everything we can but better and more efficiently. Except oranges, maybe work on that.

Trump is an authoritarian, but he also is suffering from dementia and probably a lot of undiagnosed mental illness along with. This is a toxic mixture for any country to even think they can trust a person in this type of dementia spiral is extremely foolish.

Canadians won’t be paying tariffs because we won’t be buying ANY American produce or products. It’s very easy not to buy any food grown or made in America. It’s very easy not to travel to the USA. Who would want to buy food from a country with no regulations or food inspectors?
