Improving aim on controller is as easy as optimizing sensitivity (generally lowering), practicing on Aimlabs (or any controller supported aim trainer) and dedicating consistent practice time to it. Very few players actually do this even at the pro level...

Ahead of gaming its important to do some physical activation. Engage in dynamic stretches and mobility exercises. Focus on loosening up your wrists, shoulders, and neck to prevent discomfort.

Tip: Perform wrist rotations, shoulder shrugs, and neck stretches for optimal mobility and flexibility
