I was taught how to clean my teeth at infant school as part of a science lesson. I'm in my 60s now and remember it very clearly. My parents both ended up with false teeth due to poor dental hygiene, so they clearly had no clue how to look after their own teeth, never mind mine. It worked for me.

Im happy to see pictures of your homemade bread. My husband has recently started baking 'rustic' bread. This is his latest effort. The loaf is 50% rye and 50% spelt. The rolls are 100% malthouse. It's much nicer than the processed stuff.
