Im happy to see pictures of your homemade bread. My husband has recently started baking 'rustic' bread. This is his latest effort. The loaf is 50% rye and 50% spelt. The rolls are 100% malthouse. It's much nicer than the processed stuff.

I've finally discovered, at the age of 61, that my true passion in life isn't gardening it's nature. Native plants, birds, insects, fungus, moss, soil, amphibians, mammals and everything else in all it's beautiful untidiness. This is the first ever catkins on my four year old native mixed hedge 💚.

This is a little friend of mine that's decided to live in my greenhouse for the winter. It's happily eating it's way through a pelargonium. I think it's the caterpillar of the Angle Shades moth.
