After junior parkrun I have made my way to Torquay war memorial for Remembrance Sunday. Stopped off at Costa for a warm drink and because I have medals on (such that they are) I got a free drink!

Ah yes, 1779 for Bodmin (although we were told that Napoleon prisoners had helped build it). We stayed there for my recent birthday! It's very fancy!

Oh that sounds fab, I love a carol concert! I have a ticket for the last day of pompeii, an interactive thing at the Excel in a few weeks! I thought it might be fun having seen the real thing recently!!

I parkwalked this morning, due to a chest infection I picked up on my cruise.
I did not wear my normal heavy duty sports bra. I thought I might jog to the finish, you know make an effort. I heard a Marshall say oh, your baps are jiggling. That's very personal I thought
