Jupiter and Saturn orbit at different speeds! Every 20 years Jupiter 'laps' the ringed planet. In 2020 it was a Great Conjunction, the closest night-time visual meeting in 800 years. 4 days before they were so close the crescent Moon wouldn't fit in the gap. #astronomy @stormhour.bsky.social
