@gofundme.com backtracks & apologizes after creating automated fundraising pages for nonprofits that they had to opt out of to take them down from search results. One nonprofit admin was "frustrated that GoFundMe was creating extra work for him because he would have to claim and remove pages".

@gofundme.com backtracks & apologizes after creating automated fundraising pages for nonprofits that they had to opt out of to take them down from search results. One nonprofit admin was "frustrated that GoFundMe was creating extra work for him because he would have to claim and remove pages".
Unfortunate that this kind of messaging is now necessary in Canada.
