There are no easy answers during this time. Sometimes we need to sit and be present with our sadness and our disappointment. Sometimes we need to channel that energy in to organizing and helping people near us however we can. And sometimes we just need to cry and scream.

I've discovered a well-stocked CVS near by that carries Black beauty brands. It's clean and they dont have everything locked up.
For now, they've earned my "I need it now business."

Instead of being able to buy all my family's stuff in one place, now I have to order hair care from different places.
The other day-to-day stuff, like paper towels are more pricey there anyway and can be bought anywhere.
Target destroyed their value proposition on top of cutting DEI.
