I don’t know. It seems kind of messed up that I have to give someone the Last 4 digits of SSN, or my credit card info, or driving license, or passport just to be able to access my Blue Sky DMs. What the heck? Seriously?

Post card artwork of Dayton Union Station, Dayton Ohio. The station was opened in 1900, the tracks were raised in 1930, and station was torn down 1964. A smaller station existed below the tracks until it closed in 1979, and totally removed after water damage in 1989.

Tron: Ares is a fun film I suppose, but have you seen Tron, Tron Legacy, or Tron: Uprising? That's where it's at. Ares has no Boxleitner. No Boxleitner at all.

It's possible to entirely disable Liquid Glass in macOS 26 Tahoe, there's some visual issues such as the Control Center and the text hover in the dock, but it's mostly usable with the Liquid Glass disabled surprisingly!

If you want to try this yourself... 🧵

I’ve noticed multiple diesel buses running on the GD RTA 7 route this week, instead of the proper trolley buses. #sad #disappointed

Very sad to say to learn that Peter David, writer for B5, Incredible Hulk, and many Star Trek novels, as passed. Perhaps my favorite thing he wrote was the novelization of one of the worst movies ever made, The Return of Swamp Thing. Truly a surprisingly delightful read.

BREAKING: DOGE is starting to put together a team to migrate the SSA's computer systems entirely off one of its oldest programming languages in a matter of months, potentially putting the integrity of the system—and the benefits on which tens of millions of Americans rely—at risk.
