UC ➡️ polyps ➡️Ileostomy ➡️J-Pouch. Still have PSC and pouchitis. Burn survivor. If you are an influencer or your posts are sponsored it's a hard No! Also, I have a really bad sense of humor.
Graphic label added. Skin expanders are out, stitches are out. Healing/physio will take time, time to move on with life again.

A little update. Skin expanders are in and so far so good had first saline injection and all went well. Just a slight finger infection on the knuckle. #burnsurvivor #tuneup #scartissue #plasticsurgery

I am also a #burnsurvivor and every now and then I need to go for a little tune up. Shortened my pinky tendon, due to a break and a skin expander on arm to replace scar tissue. 2nd surgery on 6-8 weeks. This will be the last surgery, I am getting tired and need to accept what I have is what I got.

A nutrient-rich #plant-based diet may reduce the risk of inflammatory bowel disease (#IBD) including #Crohn's disease and #ulcerative #colitis, and decrease the need for surgery in diagnosed patients. www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/die...
Inflammatory bowel disease: Which diets might keep it at bay?
A plant-based diet made up of mainly nutrient-dense plant foods, or an equally healthy omnivorous diet may help reduce the risk of developing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Had my bi-yearly Hepatologist appointment yesterday. #psc is under control and my liver has been able to heal.

Hey, elites, politicians, and those in power!
Dystopian novels are 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, not 𝗵𝗼𝘄-𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 for building the perfect state!
You’re not supposed to read "1984" or "The Handmaid's Tale" and think, “𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘴, 𝘭𝘦𝘵’𝘴 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦.” 🙃

#UC #IBD #Crohns #ostomy due to #polyps for 8 months during #covid, that really #sucked. Now have a #jpouch and still on meds. To say my ass itches a lot is an understatement. Thank God for my #bidet.
