Today we learned Andrew Cuomo is directly coordinating with Donald Trump, even as this President sends masked agents to rip our neighbors off the streets and guts the social services so many New Yorkers rely on.

•Section 9 forbids suspending The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus
•Section 10 forbids ex post facto laws

In my last column, when I pointed out to people that Obama earned the nickname “deporter-in-chief”, many liberals were like.. “HE ONLY DEPORTED CRIMINALS!”
And then when I pointed to facts that children were representing themselves in court and entire families were being locked up …

The basic fallacy in chasing votes by being "tough on immigration" is that the modal American's position on the issue is "Deport the Bad ones and keep the Good ones," and they alone know who is which, and that simply does not translate into workable policy. So this kind of gestapo stuff (1/2)

Really sad that blue states have to do this knowing that the demons running these states will immediately turn around and attack the aid they're currently receiving. I'm not going to say they shouldn't because that just hurts innocent people, but we've seen the same dance over and over again.
