My biggest barrier to healthy eating is lack of time to plan, shop, prepare, and cook healthy foods. I spend most of my time in class and studying. When I don't have time to cook and pack lunch, I buy food from the Longwood Galleria even though it is not as healthy.

Supplements can make structure/function claims, but they must have a disclaimer. I found this zinc supplement in my cabinet, which displays the disclaimer in the fine print on the back of the bottle. Manufacturers can follow the rules and still manipulate the marketing.
