I am trying a new kind of nabe base today. I tried kimchi nabe this week (the spiciness was GREAT for helping clear the gunk out of my nose) but it’s a bit salty, and I want to see what other kinds taste like instead of my normal tomato-based. I like soy milk and sesame, so fingers crossed!
