Christmas time traditions, in this case its all about the eating and drinking. Sandes de carne vinh'alhos no bolo do caco (pork marinated and cooked in wine and garlic in sweet potato bread) and red wine/beer/hot cocoa. So so #madeiraisland

This is a real problem. Many health visitors (& others in the community) are employed by private providers, not routinely collected or reported in NHS monthly workforce reports.

Worked extra today and I'll not be paid for as it was my choice, but it was absolutely worth it! It was for the benefit of a family that have been through so much and they were so grateful and emotional. Full hearts all around!
