The ISO document that this article talks about is 14 pages long. I don't know what's in it or whether it's somehow groundbreaking because I'm a tad unwilling to shell out the £85 it costs. If international adoption of plain language is the goal, I'm not sure ISO is providing the key to success.

Negative mum-points for sleeping-in, completely forgetting my daughter was even here and needed to get ready for school. Positive mum points because she'd got herself up, dressed and lunch-prepped. On balance, a magnificent win.

I worry we’re in years of ‘Content Apocalypse’ with AI slop, cheap processes, and valueless topics, and the end point will be an unusable web.
