The punishment? Up to six years in prison, a $3000 fine, and the loss of voting rights.

The conclusion of my "prepper" planning, (as a broke person who lacks any useful executive functioning level,) was to just sit back and continue laughing at the constant stream of mind-blowing absurdities, while watching the world burn.
