The park should be free for everyone to use at all times. No charging admission to enter the park when the weather is nice. Block off a road for that shit, or some parking lot, we got plenty of those.

The Taj Majal originally had sunken gardens which gave the illusion that the building was floating in the heavens. During the British occupation, maintaining the gardens was too expensive so they filled them in and created British grass lawns instead.
