This matters for 2 reasons:

1. It shows Windsor isn't planning on hitting the provincial target
2. This lower forecast keeps development charges higher than they otherwise would be

Simply not allowing 4-6 story apartment buildings without double loaded corridors: such a huge lost opportunity.
Legalize low/mid rise point access blocks with maximum building depths!Ensure blue/green infrastructure at the block level!
