Reading this I was hopeful for the slightest moment. Then I remembered that there is an entire economy devoted to putting things on their screens that they'll find disagreeable.

But it didn’t openly say that. And I think there’s an analogy here. These briefs claim power that would functionally end the constitutional order. But they’re dressed up as dictates of existing law.

The “sleeper cells” are any group of fools (or fool) incurious/greedy enough to accept Iranian money to do something immoral/illegal.
