“Nearly unusable” apparently means not linking to a particular site. I wonder if they would consider that site nearly unusable for all the links to third-parties that it bans.

Apparently this user is surprised to learn how many people on the internet do not wish to send traffic to a site owned by someone exhibiting nazi behavior.
