Labour group session @ Thornton Heath, Hamilton, Kirchner, Milner, Hunter and Natal roads, residents pointed various issues at door steps I.E. antisocial, street cleanliness, disabled parking requirements. Bicycle below pad locked and there for over a week, neighbours reported.
