Getting back to SISU and it’s a little funny to me to as tohow this is the third movie I’ve enjoyed from director Jalmari Helander after RARE EXPORTS and BIG GAME.

So the trailer for the sequel to this came up on Predator last night so fuck it, I want to see a Finnish dude fuck up the Nazis. Now watching SISU (2022).

She’s older now but Ithilien is the first cat who welcomed me when I started dating Christina. So I will always take a good photo of her.

OK, Trachtenberg. Wow me for your third Predator movie. Now watching PREDATOR: BADLANDS (2025).

I just had Tubi on and it flipped over to NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN and I refuse to believe this is 18 years old. Also, me and my late mother had a great discussion at the time about the motel and whether Ed encounters Chigurh, which is perfectly ambiguous.

Of course I found that Pale Rider is on Tubi and pulled up the end of it with the marshals. I love this movie for the weird maybe supernatural aspect and how it now feels like Eastwood getting ready for Unforgiven.

OK, it's Sunday and Christina is out worshipping the lord so it's time for trash! Time for a sequel I'm 99% sure didn't need to exist, THE HITCHER II: I'VE BEEN WAITING (2003).

Sales and thrift stores and the like, oh my!

Paladin...goodness. One of the best pieces of TV ever.

OK Decades Project, we're back to 1985 and that's when I start hitting how I have to dig in to find the highest rated movie that I haven't seen yet. And so, I get to BUDDIES (1985) which is apparently the first narrative film about AIDS.
November 8, 2025 at 7:57 PM
Predators tomorrow. Class tonight. Now watching À propos de Nice (1930). Because I should watch more Jean Vigo.

Time for a random DVD I picked up for Lithgow and Garr. Now watching: OUT COLD (1989).

What a lovely shot; she looks like she would have fit right in at my parents wedding.
November 3, 2025 at 3:08 PM
OK, Shocktober is in the books and now it's back to my Saturday Decades Project! And oh look, 1975's SHOLAY. Which already I want to see a 70 mm showing of.

Absolutely will always be on my shelf. Note the numbering is correct.
