I feel like we have the opportunity to turn David Lynch's quote into this moment's "Keep Calm and Carry On" and it's a far better rallying cry too.

RIP Tatsuya Nakadai, one of the all-time great postwar actors. And, not for nothing, one of the most heart-stoppingly beautiful too.

Look, I'm high on the new Predator right now. But over the last decade I've become more and more convinced that in between doing wonderfully goofy shit like this, Elle Fanning is going to score an Oscar nomination for something.

Pelosi has a lot of positions I disagree with, and I would not call myself a fan; but as far as keeping the party in lockstep when the chips were down, we shall not look upon her like again
say what you will about nancy pelosi but her caucus didn’t DARE vote against her wishes or they knew she’d shank them
I don’t believe it’s his doing but he certainly doesn’t have a full hold of his caucus.

Oh right, people trying to claim Harris lost wasn't because of sexism and racism. No idea why this nonsense is coming up again.

I just had Tubi on and it flipped over to NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN and I refuse to believe this is 18 years old. Also, me and my late mother had a great discussion at the time about the motel and whether Ed encounters Chigurh, which is perfectly ambiguous.

Of course I found that Pale Rider is on Tubi and pulled up the end of it with the marshals. I love this movie for the weird maybe supernatural aspect and how it now feels like Eastwood getting ready for Unforgiven.

Incredible news: Sharon in fact did pre-write a Watson obit. And it is masterful and excoriating.
