i can tell you as someone who watches what books people buy all year that this is unequivocally true. men reading more fiction would fix a lot of what ails society. sadly, most men don't read, full stop. if my store had to rely on the purchases of men, i'd have been out of business within 3 months.

Simplifying rules around pick protection trading has little do with real tanking but is probably a good idea.

The other stuff is window dressing. Blocking teams from consecutive top-4 picks would shift the odds and probably increase tanking!
