I actually witnessed the three deer hitting my brother I was like two cars behind him going HOLY SHIT it made explaining the damage to insurance much easier 🤣

My brother got hit by three deer in a row in the span of like 60 seconds when he was like 16 you could literally see the head imprints on the truck. I had a buck run into the side of my car hard enough that I had a clear line and a hole where one of the horns went down the side of my car. 🤷♀️

From a personal standpoint I’m pissed as shit but as a pretty pragmatic voter it is necessary to recognize/remember that preventing republicans from doing more damage is more than enough reason to vote for democrats up and down the ballot. We can’t lose sight of what is at stake long term.

research what happened and be prepared for the possibility of an overwhelming response from voters in attack ads, primaries etc because democrats can not afford to lose seats when our democracy is in crisis.

I swear to god I will volunteer for it donate to every single campaign that primaries dem leadership/dem senators if they cave on this. Like for the love of god if they’re stupid enough to fall for the promise of a vote when pressure isn’t on them they don’t need to be in office.

My insurance without subsidies will be over $600.00 per month. I’m so pissed off I can’t even properly describe the amount of rage. I am losing sleep over it… and literally spent hours trying to figure out the cost for meds doctors etc without insurance. Fuck people like him with a cactus.

the cheap bumpy drawer liners and E6000 glue would also do in a pinch I can’t remember how much the grippy tub strips he bought cost.

If arthritis is the issue or this is going to be a regular use thing I’d recommend the ramp vs the stairs dogs seem to more readily adapt to the ramp and it’s easier for arthritic pups to use. My dad got one for his lab and it worked great he added the tub grip strips to it for extra traction.

But if she continues to gain weight despite significant calorie restriction (SIGNIFICANT) I may be getting a ramp sooner rather than later she’s nearly 80lbs and lifting her straight up destroys my back for weeks every time I have to do it.

I’ve contemplated one-if I was ever at a point where I couldn’t lift pretzel I’d get one. I do have a wagon specifically for if she ever collapses so I can pull her to the car vs carry her the entire way. I can lift to the wagon and into the car RN.
