Back 4 was horrendous, only silver lining was Djed Spence holding his own. Dragusin just isn’t ready for premier league football. Spurs went wrong by not having enough depth.

Angeball is sustainable, but we need a hold back 4 and ample subs. Unfortunately we’re stretched way too thin

the difference is about 10,000 units. it's a lot.
and it's a meaningful step that more parts of the city should be taking.
but it will likely increase housing in the area by just a little bit more than is already being built.
there are other dynamics that seem to prefer non-housing developments.
