100%! Lamb is genuinely loathsome, a pure monopoly capitalist who doesn't need to bother with making high-quality living spaces because of the housing scarcity system. why i try be super nuanced with being pro-density while also skeptical of large-scale developers like lamb and sorbara!

things suck for structural reasons -- there's a planning system that cares more about aesthetics, esp. for homeowners who are nearby these buildings as opposed to livability. it's not just individual developers bad, though many developers are bad.
