Inverse folding models fine-tuned on ddG data are SOTA on stability/thermostability prediction, & can be further improved by including features from PLMs; additionally, these help identify conserved AAs whose functional importance isn't obvious from structure alone www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...

I have a story very similar to Emily’s. I am the longest ever patient on a Cystic Fibrosis modulator drug, currently at 15 years. I went from annual hospitalizations and to no chronic cough anymore. I wrote my will at 22 and like Francis Collins mentioned yesterday, now I have a retirement plan.
