One time he let his wife drive his Tesla to work, and someone dinged it the tiniest bit with their car door. He was PISSED. I guess Teslas are always recording, so he pulled up the footage and was trying to get his wife to confront the person so they’d pay for the (very minor) damage.

He also talked about Rick and Morty all the time and tried to get me to watch it. He would update me on all the epic Tesla features Elon was putting into the cars. “Dude, Elon Musk said they’re going to make the horn play snake jazz.” He thought fart mode was the funniest feature ever, too.

Yeah. He claimed that he wasn’t named after Elon Musk, but rather that he liked the name and it paid homage to his Italian heritage (Elon is a Hebrew name, but sure!). I was like, sure man, your son is definitely not named after the guy you talk about EVERY DAY.
