Random little niggle: I think I've found my bugbear when watching videos where someone's just talking into the camera.
For some, it's a "millennial pause". For me, it's reaching for the camera before a cut.
You're editing the video anyway, so maybe... cut that out too?? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣

Bloggo plays some nice shooty bang games and a not at all nice punchy face game. Bloggo themselves is excellent throughout, as usual.

I watched this earlier in the week but forgot to post this because that's what my mind does.
It's more of the obscure arcadey stuff. Which is nice if you like that sort of thing. If you don't well, I don't know. Watch it anyway. You might surprise yourself. Go You.

As well as YouTube Grifters, I'm also sick of the artificial scarcity merchants with names like "Scalper Fodder Games" who get the rights to make physical editions of games.

No, I don't want to lend you money and become an unsecured creditor whilst you take upwards of a year to deliver. Fuck off.

Get to know your mutuals. List 10 random things you like.

- Computer/Video games
- Doggies
- Music (but my taste is very narrow)
- Horror Movies
- Proper Jim Bowen fronted Bullseye
- Books, but non-fiction only
- My Wife
- Erm...
- I think that's all I like
- I hate loads of things though.

Every copy of Mortal Kombat 3 for the PS1 I've seen has been afflicted with those horrible looking circular scratches, some mildly, some riddled with them.

I've always assumed it was somehow related to these cases, so I avoided them like the plague.

I wonder if I'm actually correct, though.

Seems that the anti-grifter sentiment is growing, which is always nice to see. Long may it continue to do so. m.youtube.com/watch?v=feXE...

had zero clue what that meant

AI fanboys get so upset when you criticise their precious GenAI because it is allowing them to "be" something that they have never been able to be before.

They get to "be" artists. I say "be", when they are of course just cosplaying at being an artist at best.

I used to sometimes bear witness to the atrocity that was Highway, but only because the TV was already on ITV before it came on.

If only Chinnyvision were in existence back then. Thankfully, it is now. I don't think Highway is, but my knowledge of current ITV is nonexistent.

I've adored Pac-Mania ever since playing the arcade machine at Birmingham International. The Master System version entertained me for more hours than I care to count.

I never thought I'd find a clean version of the Bullseye winning end theme without Jim talking over it, but fate has finally smiled upon me. I'm not sure I'll ever lose the urge to play this when something even mildly pleases me. Also has losing theme as an added bonus. m.youtube.com/watch?v=03Xw...

I didn’t even know “John Lewis Xmas Ad” was a thing for anyone at all until Twitter And I still would have no idea were it not for Twitter. Or here, as its now nearest equivalent.

if you’d told me actual real people made an event in their lives out of an advert before then, I’d have been like nah.

In fact, do this for every video you watch from small creators like myself.

Youtube is flooded with low effort, A.I. generated slop, and it is crowding out material made with love & passion. So every little thing you can do to help by engaging with a video is always appreciated by every channel.

And please don't forget folks, when you go watch mu latest video, do leave a "like" and/or a comment.

1: They make me feel good, and we could all do with a bit of that these days.

2: Every piece of engagement helps with the video in the mysterious "algorithm" on YouTube.

This is exactly how I remember it looking when I used to avoid it.

I'm guessing that failing to get that lucrative generic independent chicken shop contract didn't help. Pepsi's UK distributor seems to have tied that up nicely.
AI says Panda Cola was discontinued due to health concerns due to high sugar content.

I suggest it was discontinued because it was shit and Coca Cola and Pepsi became more affordable.

Today we're releasing a cancelled #SNES development of Titus the Fox. At very early stages, with an animating fox sprite and a test map that you can move around. There's also a split screen mode. Likely a new Titus game, rather than a conversion.
