Heads-up. Manual actions for site reputation abuse continue in the EU. Now publisher sites in Germany are receiving manual actions. Laura Chiocciora and SEO Suedwest both reported on the drops happening. Checking several of the sites I have documented reveals drops starting yesterday (1/27).
