Downtown crossing should require this for all daytime deliveries until the end of the year. There's no reason to bring massive trucks in there with all the holiday shoppers around

It's on the equator surrounded by tropical rainforest, 90°F/32°C and super humid every day. Many avoid the sun for health and cultural reasons. They do all of their shopping/eating/social activities inside air-conditioned malls, which are fortunately connected to transit and other high rises
