Iran state media says sites US hit were evacuated, and they moved nuclear material and enrichment equipment elsewhere.

They’re not trustworthy, so don’t just take their word. But Iran likely did anticipate the possibility of attacks on these sites, and has long kept its nuclear program dispersed.
