the bees are doing a better job of staying focused than I am.

Storm rolling in over Eskdale’s local. Great food, classic Aussie pub vibes.

Melbourne lanes at night—vibrant lights pulling me forward like a beautiful shiny thing. Lost, found, and happily distracted. ✨

Morning settles gently over the river in Wodonga —
gum leaves whispering, light stretching across still water,
summer taking its time.

New Holland Honeyeater, bold and still.
Perched among the tangle, watching the world wake gently.

My Top 6 Reads (and listens 🎧) for December
A month of moody coastlines, quiet tension, big emotions, and that twist 👀. A mix of page-turners and audiobooks that kept me company all month.
What did you love reading or listening to in December?

I gave this book ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It follows Alicia, a celebrated painter who stops speaking after her husband’s murder, and Theo, the psychotherapist determined to uncover why. It's dark, clever, tightly written, with a great twist.

Fence posts and reeds settling into dusk; the colours don’t need explaining; the quiet feels like its own welcome. Some evenings are just for being — soft, still, and beautifully different. #amatuerphotography #Tatura #summerdays #northeastvictoria #neurodivergence #audhd #ADHD #nikonz6ii #nofilters

Sometimes the landscape feels a little like my mind — cracked in places, bright in others, holding stories in the quiet spaces between. Different ways of thinking, of being, all completely valid.

Just finished listening to "Beautiful Ugly" its is a slow-burn psychological thriller steeped in unease. Twisted relationships, unreliable truths, and a creeping sense that something’s off. Not fast-paced, but moody, and lingering. Worth the ride. #booksky #alicefeeny
