Yep feeling that today. Woke up fairly ok, bit achey, but then endometriosis pain out of nowhere and suddenly couldn't do anything. Went to lie down and it went away, but... exhaustion, ended up sleeping, and I'm still exhausted now. So, ugh.

Story of my marriage coming soon...

And people try and ask me why I think I'm disabled? This ⬇️ alone is a full time job let alone having cptsd, fibro, and endometriosis on top. My journey now is about exploring how to REALLY look after myself. I definitely overdid things yesterday, so resting today

An embroidery I bought a couple of years ago, but had to leave behind because of recent events. I took a photo so I can remember this quote:

"If it is inaccessible to the poor it is neither radical nor revolutionary"

Earlier this year I planted nasturtiums and I've been enjoying watching them grow. In all my darkness I had these beautiful pops of bright cheerful colour. And they're clearly trying to escape like I was so it was like they were showing me the way.

I'll plant nasturtiums again in my new garden 🧡

I used to wonder if all the chaos was because in a-level art I broke a mirror for my friend to use in her self portrait because she was superstitious. But then the chaos continued way past 7 years so maybe it's because I didn't forward the chain letters 😉

Can anyone remind me which party was in power for 15 years until last summer please? The one that refused to 'relieve [people with lifelong conditins] of the burden of the process of PIP reviews'

I've just been looking at the NHS 111 Planned Care site for my health board. I was referred to Oral surgery last autumn, 1st appointment is next month. This page says that appointment should have been in 6 weeks. That's not even fudging the statistics. That is outright lies.

2/2 In the original post I also included this screenshot. I think it's incredibly important to understand that this isn't about the well-being of the women who suffer this condition.

(The post is public on my fb if you need the text)

1/2 I wrote this on fb about Ryeco and I can't handle typing it all again, so, screenshots. Ryeco is not going to suddenly cure all women with endometriosis, it may help a small number.

Again for those at the back. If you get a chronic illness that means there's no cure. There 'might' be a treatment for your symptoms. It might have nasty side effects that also make life difficult. It 'might' be available in your area.

We are not lazy for not going to get it sorted. We are sick.

I started reading this 2 days ago. The writing is incredible because it is so different to anything else

This is why Welsh patients get sent to Herefordshire and Shropshire. And Wales pays to do so. Now they're talking about changing the wait time targets to be in line with England because of it.

We do have hospitals in the middle of Wales, just not the right sort of hospitals.

We all need a cuddle with a baby lama to cheer us up right?

Also I developed what seems to be a ganglion cyst yesterday so I'm not a happy bunny this weekend. Feet up resting, and reading The Polish Detective by Hania Allen

Taking apart an eco t-shirt because they made the sleeve hem so tight it's unwearable. And they've used extra strong threads to overlock it so it's extra hard work. Thanks DP. No wonder it was in the charity shop

Thanks. I have lots of records of this lady and some I can read what she was admitted with and some I can't. In these 4 records I keep thinking it says varicose veins but I'm not certain because the 2nd to last letter looks like a d. I wonder what you think?

We do what now?

1. No, our periods stop at menopause. This is when we have the highest rates of suicide and off the top of my head divorce though I could be wrong on that one. It could be when we get ill when we're older and our husband's abandon us because that's also substantially high figures

Watching Squid Game and having a hot chocolate in the Penguin mug because it's snowing outside 🌨

I realised recently that people telling me I shouldn't have been carting around tons of stuff for years were the same people who had their parents' attics and basements rammed full of the same kind of stuff. That's a privilege you're all taking for granted that some of us just don't have.
