Made a Shiitake quiche with ham, cheese and spinach (aka a "clean out your fridge quiche) and it was fantastic.

I'm sure that had nothing to do with the POUND of shiitake mushroom and quarter cup of butter I cooked them in 🤣

Y'all the windstorms. Again. Yesterday a dumpster fire erupted at a restaurant close to my house and the fire ripped up the little hill toward the homes there. It got put out quickly with (afaik) no damage, which, thank god but

I need to lie down for a week. My heart can't take it
