Come for the pink-chic 70s paint and upholstery, but stay for the pink dinnerware and cookware. Honestly kinda cool, if you like that sort of thing.
See this 33k-mile 1977 GMC Motorhome is a 26′ Eleganza II listed now with no reserve on BaT!

At the gas station the other day I almost told some guy "Wow, I really like your Saturn! It looks absolutely mint. What year is it?" But then I thought that might come across as a bit too weird.

Absolutely cannot wait to bust down the doors for a drink made by a company whose unionized workers are on strike in a store that doesn’t want to hire minorities anymore.
Beginning Monday, a Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate drink will be available exclusively at Starbucks cafés inside Target stores.

The chains are hoping the drink can drum up excitement from customers this holiday season.

4/🧵 The generational shift isn't just among white Americans. Young Asian and Hispanic Americans show the same pattern: dramatic declines in racial resentment across education, gender, geography, and religion. This is a broad, multi-racial generational transformation.

Have you ever updated the navigation database in your car?

I think it must be a pretty rare thing that is obviously going to die out with Internet connected mapping infrastructure being more common.

Very hard to predict the future but I feel like I’ve probably purchased my last new combustion car.

Just my personal opinion but if you're going to spend a zillion dollars on a paint-to-sample color, make it an actual color.
This 2023 Porsche Taycan GTS Sport Turismo is finished in paint-to-sample gray over Black and Chalk leather, shows 19k miles, and it's listed now on BaT!

You would normally buy bonds if you’re worried about equity stocks, aka normal corporate stocks, falling for some reason.
BREAKING: Donald Trump has just disclosed new trades.

He bought at least $20 million in bonds and at least $1 million in the bond ETF $SPHY.

My advice is to buy a small bottle of champagne and put it in the fridge. You just never know when you’ll see a news flash and want to celebrate. It pays to be prepared. 🍾🥂

If you’re buying a five-ish year old car, my advice is to just preemptively replace the key fob batteries immediately and save yourself some pain later when they fail at an annoying moment. (Also, congrats on winning the depreciation game.)

Nothing makes you appreciate how fast modern jet travel is like flying somewhere and driving back. It was a quick 1:15 hop to Idaho and a long 10 hour drive home.
